I haven't had much time recently but I wanted to do a quick post for the weekend. These are just a few of my healthy breakfast/brunch ideas; they're SO tasty which is why I love them so much! Poached Egg and avacado on rye bread (Scroll up for image) This is literally so simple and takes minutes to make. Simply poach an egg, you can use Himalayan Crystal Salt if you like it salty. Himalayan Crystal Salt is so much better for you than normal rock salt (it's easy to spot on the shelf because it's pink!) so I always use it in my cooking. While the egg's poaching away, toast your rye bread and then spread with half an avacado. Place your poached egg on top (I love it when the yolk's runny) and either finish with some pepper, pepper flakes or chilli flakes.
I have to admit that porridge is one of my favourite things on the planet and I think I have a serious addiction to it! I love the creaminess of it and that it's so easy to make healthy- which of course is a must! You can add berries and fruits to nut butters and cinnamon, and even nuts and nutritious seeds to give it an extra crunch! I normally top mine with goji berries, blackberries, blueberries, pumpkin seeds and almond butter but there's such a wide range of other toppings you can add- you can even change toppings everyday so you never get bored!
I hope everyone's enjoying their weekend, I know I am already!
I recently came across some of the photos I'd missed from my holiday in Turkey earlier in the Summer. We went to Kalkan and stayed for two weeks- it was so amazing we've booked it already for next year! I went with my parents, brother, auntie, uncle and cousins and we had such a great time together! I really loved some of the photos and they brought back some amazing memories so I thought I'd share them with you!
Hi everyone! I hope everyone has had a good first week back at school.
I thought I'd share with you a recent outing I'd had as I had such a great time and would definitely recommend is as a fun, exciting day out!
Yesterday, I went up to London with my family to celebrate my cousin and brother turning 18 and had such a good day out! We went to the London Dungeon which, I'll be honest wasn't very scary but was still great fun! Later, went to see The Poppies at The Tower of London because it was the last weekend to see them before they got taken down- I can't even express how amazing they were! The Poppies were stunning and like nothing I'd ever seen before!
Hi guys! Sorry I haven't been writing many posts but October has been a very busy month! For me it's been packed full of dance and show rehearsals and lots and lots of school work, but I hope you all enjoyed the much needed half term break!
I've planned quite a few blog posts however, I've been having trouble with my camera so have been unable to take photos! One of the posts I had planned was a big homeware haul from during half term, which of course I needed the camera for so was unable to do.
For this post I thought I'd quickly say a few of my October Favourites.
I hope everyone is having a good half term. For this post I decided to show what I have for breakfast a lot of the time. It's a healthy, fresh breakfast and keeps you full until lunch time so you don't have to worry about snacking!
